Note: Unmarried/Single buyers no need to present a birth certificate. 7. Photocopy of Billing Address or Barangay Clearance.

Hi! Im a ofw and is planning to buy a house in the Philippines through Pag-ibig. Im separated from my spouse for eleven years now(since we got married), but legally im married to him. I have no connection regarding hos whereabouts. Would it still be possible to be approve for the loan even if i dont know where my spouse. Thank you.
